Christmas is totally in the air! You can already hear Christmas songs in every corner and see wonderful lights here and there and when Jason and I decided to go on a date all of a sudden, we went to the city's "Most Instagrammable Cafe" and saw such a beautiful Christmas tree. Yes, I'm talking about the Espressini Cafe and Resto located at the 2nd Floor of Cagayan Town Center and in all honesty, it's our first time going there even if the cafe's been around for more than a year or so (It was never a contest anyway, LOL).
I know this is a tad late than expected, I even said in my last roundup that I'd make this one earlier but nah, this month is not just long but it was so fun as well!
On the first week of the month, my baby cousin who also stayed with us for a week last June came back for another vacation together with his sister, Thea, as their parents traveled to Japan. Our home was very noisy and I can't deny that I am missing that kind of noise right now. They are so fun and lovable after all!

Okaaay~! It's already November but obviously, I'm still not writing my October roundup post because October was fantastic! Got lots of events of this month and it has been pretty long. There were many costume parties in every corner but my favorite of them all are the two cosplay events that were hosted by the Legends: For Hire CDO.
This month is surely nothing but a real blessing to me because of course, it was my birth month. But the first day of September is Ella's birthday. She just turned 22! But she's still very dependent. Lolol!
A lot of people actually can't believe that I'm in my 20's but oh dear I even passed my silver year already! Well, as a matter of fact, I can't believe it myself. LOL I feel I'm way too old already but sometimes I feel that I'm not but anyway, this life is nothing but a real blessing to me. I've been happy, sad, mad, grateful, I felt lots of emotions that made me me. And I am soooo happy and thrilled that I celebrated my birth (which I don't normally do) with the people who knows and accepted the real me through all these years and I am sincerely, very thankful to them. Lablab 💕
I've mentioned on my last Roundup Post that I joined an event related to photography and it was the FUJIFILM Nationwide Photowalk and it happened last month, August 19, 2018, in celebration of the World Photography Day.
It was a long month, or so I think. I had to choose and select from a thousand of photos after all!
First things, first. The first day of August is our only girl pup's birthday. She just turned 10 and we can't help but be emotional because it's the first time that we celebrated their birthday without their son, Champ. Oh, I miss him so much! 😢

Konnichiwa minna~! Jason and I always loved Japanese Food. Ramen is his favorite while I'm in love with Takoyaki and I think I already mentioned it before when we went to Osaka Takoyaki and Tokyo Bubbletea. This time, we're so delighted as we both found and tried out a new Japanese Diner called The Taki's Diner.
One month to go and we'll start hearing Christmas Carols once again. Yep! It's August already and I'm starting to get confused if I'd be happy with this YOLO life of mine or not. Anyway, July's been a good month for me. I think it's even great! Nothing much happened but the experiences I had were so special that made me wonder if ever I could keep up.
First things first, I went on a sudden trip with my sisters and Jason in Cebu! And the main purpose of the trip was for me to go to the Big Bad Wolf Sale and they all accompanied me.
Well I can say this is not much of a city tour. LOL!
This was never really planned, actually. It's just because I was dead-set to go to the Big Bad Wolf Sale that happened two weeks ago. My parents won't allow me to go alone with Jason so I end up having my sisters with me. It's also a good opportunity for us to bond since I've noticed that we just end up bickering over small stuffs lately and of course, I want them to have a great time there as well.

Since the book sale is officially over, I'm gonna share to y'all one of my most satisfying and memorable experience (so far).
Yes! I am talking about the Big Bad Wolf Book Sale in Cebu last July 13-23 and I went there on the first day together with my sisters, Jason and my cousin's girlfriend, Telyn.
Seriously, it's July already?? I haven't even noticed! Well, nothing much happened lately but still, it's been a good month.
First, the Golden State Warriors won!! It's a back-to-back championship once again and our family was really happy since we love the team. My baby cousin, Third, who visited and stayed with us on the first week of the month had a cutie jersey so of course I took a photo of him while he's so happy as if he knows what's going on and was cheering as well.
It's been two months since the last time I've seen Pearly. Yeah, you can say it was when we're having summer fun in Bohol. Well we don't really see each other that much from the first place but that's what makes our meet ups exciting because we'll have lots and lots of stuff to talk about (especially her love life, shhh 🙊).
And so we decided to visit the newly opened third branch of Chingkeetea in Divisoria and have dinner at The Hive Food Park located at Rosario Cres, Limketkai Center.
Here it goes...
Last May 5 was my aunt's birthday. It was also the birthday of Jason's dad but I wasn't able to celebrate on those two occasions because my aunt lives in Manila while Jason's dad celebrated his birthday on a place with no WiFi signal and I had to work. So I ended up staying at home the whole day.
It was such a fine day. As a matter of fact, me, my mom and my sisters were just laughing while watching Laughter in Waikiki, a Korean drama series while waiting for my dad who's at work. He also bought milk for Champ that's why he still haven't had his milk and it's getting late already.
I told him to wait. We kissed and hugged and I told him to wait. But he couldn't any longer. He had a heart attack and left. He's with the Lord already. I know he's in heaven already because he was really a good boy, my only sunshine.
Last January, I mentioned that he was diagnosed with asthma and was overweight. And he also had a weak heart from the start, he was always afraid of the rain and fireworks. But he was in good shape since then, both of us went on a diet and him leaving was so sudden that until now it breaks my heart. How can someone move on from this? I miss him so much everyday and I've always prayed that my heart could accept it already. Maybe I already did but I just really, really, really missed him.
Ahoy mates! This is probably the saddest summer I'll ever have however, I'm not gonna spill it out yet and just reveal it all on my month-end post slash roundup. But still, my family and I deserved this break and we all went to the new spot in town, Seven Seas!
April was fantastic! I can totally feel the heat of summer over my veins and on my hard drive. Got lots of photos to choose from for this month's roundup!
First, we had an early celebration for my parents’ 29th anniversary on the first day of the month (their anniversary was April 9).

On the second day of our trip (refer on my previous post for our first and third day), we rented a car that Ate Kameko contacted through her cousin which would take us to different attractions on the countryside for P2000/day and we decided to meet up with the driver at the Baclayon Church since it would be easier to locate but we went out earlier than the time we agreed since we wished to go sight-seeing the church first.
It’s been a while since my last air trip. As far as I could remember, the last time was when Jason and I celebrated his birthday and went to Cebu and that was two years ago! Last year, my College BFFs found a promo fare of Cebu Pacific going to Bohol. We booked it right away, of course and in the blink of an eye, it happened last April 13.
Before getting to this beautiful paradise, here’s how we started the trip – Pearly and I met at Gaisano Mall to ride a shuttle van going to the Laguindingan Airport for P105/person and yeah, I guess it is really cheaper than any other shuttle vans because when Jason and I rode a Magnum Express van two years ago, it costs P199/person and you can definitely tell the huge difference between the two.

Jason and I always loved burgers and whenever there's a new burger place here in our city, we'd love to try it out as soon as we can. Last year, when we went to Cebu together with his family, we found Zark's Burgers. However, we didn't get the chance to dine in (or even take out food) since we are already running out of time for our trip home. Luckily, just recently, SM CDO Downtown Premier opened a branch of Zark's Burgers located at the 4th Floor of the mall. We were so thrilled to try it out right after we found out about it. I ordered Thunder Mac 'N Cheese (the one on the cover).
Annyeonghaseyo~! I’m not really a Korean fan but everyone who’s very close to my heart is so in love with them. My sisters love Korean pop idols and groups, they even joined several dance contests covering their favorite groups back when they’re still not busy with work and school. My mom could finish a Korean drama in 1 – 2 days. And my BFFs Pearly, Eli and Desiree loves the oppas as well. And oh! Even Jason love the girl group TWICE. Haha! I guess I’m falling behind but I watch K-dramas from time to time as well but not as fast and enthusiastic as my mom and there’s lots to love on their dramas as a matter of fact. Not just their cinematography and uncommon stories but also the way they showcase their cuisine. It’ll want you to try them all!
There’s nothing much for this month for me. My planner was actually pretty empty, LOL! But it was still pretty fun but I’m more excited on what’s gonna happen next month which I’m going to spill later…
So firstly, I had a couple of hauls by the end of February and blogged about it and it was the most popular post that I got ever since I started Blogger. Well, it was pretty interesting anyway.

Okay, on my previous post, I mentioned buying new fairy lights from my online seller cousin and I really wanted to practice capturing a photo with the lights as the props however, my sister (Noella/Ella) was in Cebu by the time that I got it. But now that she's back, she's also back on her role as my 'favorite subject'. Teehee~
I bought two sets of fairy lights, white and warm but my favorite is the warm one since it's pretty close to yellow and was so bright! Hihi please excuse my sister because she really dared to go all out with my lights. Check out all of her photos below~! 😁

I'm not really one for shopping. Even Jason calls me kuripot all the time. I even have to agree. LOL! But if it's something I really need, of course I'd end up buying. But if it's just for my wants I still have to think over and over again if I really have to buy it or not and I'd still have to budget for it as well. Yeah, I'm totally kuripot.
When it comes to online shopping, I screenshot items that caught my attention and stare at the photo for awhile. Ha! Ha! I also have to consider where the seller is based since I'm very hesitant to send money and I might not get my item. And if the seller is just from Cagayan de Oro, I always ask where and when to pickup the item because I might not show up because of my work schedule. I don't want to be labeled as a bogus buyer you know 🤣
February is too short! It went by so fast and I didn't even notice, it's almost the third month of the year already. But no matter how short it is, for me, it is so full of love 💕
